Each file purchased on smartymockups.com can be used in a commercial or personal project. It can be used both in the presentation of the project or as a visualization in press, television and Internet advertising. The purchased file can not be distributed without the permission of its rightful owner, smartymockups.com.

The purchased file may only be used in a single project and for one client. Using of the purchased file with multiple clients or for several packaging designs is not permitted.

Each purchased and altered mock-up com can be used in an unlimited number of copies for use in leaflets, print media, television, e-mail, packages and so on.

It is not allowed to share, transfer or otherwise distribute purchased and/or altered mock-ups as open files.

The same license applies to mock-ups which are available for free as to their paid counterparts.
